What is your return or exchange policy?

Items may be exchanged for store credit for 30 days. To exchange your item:

1. Email us at info@bijougraphie.com to request a return number (RMA.)

2. Send your merchandise with the return number clearly labelled to:

Ship your package using a trackable shipping method. Bijougraphie cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records. You will receive an email once your exchange has been processed.

How do I take care of Bijougraphie jewelry?

Each meticulously hand painted and crafted Bijougraphie piece is inspected to ensure it’s fit for wear. Since machines don’t paint or assemble each piece, you can be sure that your Bijougraphie jewelry piece is truly delicate and unique- a benefit and added value that things hand-made bring.

When delivered by mail, Bijougraphie jewelry is enclosed in a black organza pouch that is packaged in a plastic packet and padded with a bubble mailer. While the composition of wood orbs aren’t affected by outside elements, the black and gold tone jewelry components are, so keep your piece in the organza bag provided in a dark, cool place and wipe the piece with a soft dry cloth for cleaning after use.
